Forward Runs & Through Ball Player Problems!!!!! FIFA 09 PS3
Can anyone answer my question please......... It is driving me crazy!!!!
Most times when I play a killer through ball either over the top or on the deck, my striker looks like he is going to run onto it perfectly but then decides to check up his run and skip sideways allowing the defender to catch up.
Its so annoying and I dont know how to prevent it! If he would just keep running he would latch onto the ball perfectly but for some reason, he decides to do this pretty much every time!
I would be interested to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem!
The game would be 10/10 if this didnt happen!

I have exactly the same problem. I wrote a blog just yesterday also complaining about this and other things... look out for it by DN12MILLER..
I don't know how to combat it either... I'm glad I;m not the only one having problems.
