I can't get past the "press start" screen. Freezes every time. Under another profile it works fine and I desperately don't want to have to restart my save because of this. I had to the first time due to the performance points usage online problem.

My biggest concern is that it freezes the Xbox 360 Console quite often. I know its the game, as my system is perfectly fine with every other game I play, and its also brand new this generation Elite. Another concern is the that the my saved profile has become corrupted twice, and I've talked to other gamers who have had the same thing happen to them multiple times as well, thus forcing us to start everything all over again, which is fine, but it takes a while for people to get back everything they worked for and it makes getting the much longer achievements that much harder, and tbh almost impossible to get, on top of having to wait to until performance points are earned back to compete with everyone online. Otherwise the game is solid, great graphics, controls are great, and its a lot of fun.

Hey guys, I pretty much copied and pasted my comment from Mike DeVault's recent blog. I don't mean to sound like a brat, as I mean no hostility whatsoever. Please fix the little aggravating things in this game. NASCAR 09 woould be so much greater if you guys would address such issues. First off, caution flags. I got loose off turn two at Atlanta with three laps to go with a 7 second lead. The caution came out. No biggy, I thought, until I realized I was the caution. I didn't even spin out. And because of that, I was put back in last place. Another caution flag issue I hate is that if you want to restart the race, you have to wait until after the caution flag and it's really annoying. I know that can be fixed because it was patched in last year's game. The patch gave us time from when the "accident" happened and the caution came out. I really don't see why that wasn't kept that way for NASCAR 09. As for the paint booth, I love it. I haven't gotten to race online yet, but this deal with gray cars for people who aren't on your friends list bugs me. That can get a little confusing. In all honesty, I don't care if you allow paint schemes to be viewed by non friends or not, but at least make the cars different colors instead of just gray.

However, I kind of agree with those people that want schemes to be viewed by everyone, also. A majority of the people we will race against will NOT be on our friends list, so blocking paint schemes is pointless. The Xbox has a feature to block "User created content". If someone thinks they will be offended by someone's car, then they can turn that feature on. Either that, or have some kind of monitoring crew to keep nudity/profanity from being uploaded onto cars.

All in all, I love the game. With NASCAR 08, it was like the game wasn't even tested before it was put on the shelves. I actually hated playing it. I actually enjoy NASCAR 09 more than any other NASCAR game from you guys in the past 10 years.

So please GIVE US A PATCH

So far I like the game, played for about an hour last night.
I'm just getting the feel for the controls. I don't know if
I will try playing online or not yet. I have not experienced
any glitches or trouble. Based on what I have seen so far I
would recommend this to any of my friends.
