Hello again college football fans! It's the T' Bro's, Jason and Rob back with the best edition ever of the NCAA Football 09 Predictions and Podcast. Mike hit the skids last week and went 1-5. He's promised to pick it up or Ferdinand
(listen to the pod cast) will take his spot. Never have the mighty fallen so fast. He says he just got cocky and it was an anomalous week. We don't even know what that means.
Mike is 32-12 this season we've got no reason to doubt he'll be back on pace this week.
Have you checked out the EA SPORTS Top 25 rankings yet? They are giving you their version of the list each week. You can find this week's
here. There's also an archive page of our podcasts that you can find,

Prediction - Alabama 30, Kentucky 17 Alabama (5-0) played their way into BCS contention last week with the beat down of Georgia. Rich Brooks has his Wildcats (4-0) playing great "D" against weak competition. They only give up 5.5 points per game. Mike sees the Tide rolling behind 331 yards passing.

Prediction - Ohio State 21, Wisconsin 28 It's make or break time for both teams in the Big X. The loser gets an invite to random bowl in the middle of December. Mike thinks Wisconsin stays in the Rose Bowl chase by dominating the ground game against an Ohio State team still trying to figure out their QB situation.

Prediction - Auburn 21, Vanderbilt 13 While #19 Auburn doesn't have much offense to speak of their defense keeps them in games. Coach Bobby Johnson has #13 Vandy trying go 5-0 for the first time since 1943.
Mike thinks the Commodores won't get it done rushing for only 72 yards in the game.

Prediction - Missouri, 38 Nebraska 21 The Tigers are an offensive juggernaut they only have 22 incomplete passes in 133 attempts this season. Mizzo has the offense and the athletes to handle Nebraska in this Big XII shootout. Mike likes the Nebraska offense to move the ball but the Tigers have too much firepower to lose.

Prediction - Penn St 31, Purdue 21 Penn State's offense is explosive at home but the road hasn't been kind to JoPa. The Nittany Lions are 9-16 on the road since 2003. Luckily Purdue doesn't have a clue how to beat them. The Boilermakers haven't thrown a TD pass against Penn St. in their last three meetings.

Prediction - Texas Tech 52, Kansas State 37 Mike knows Tech has one of the passing systems in college football. Mike also knows K State can't stop the pass. Tech rolls up 543 yards and 7 touchdowns in a dominating win

Prediction - UCONN 31, UNC 34 Butch Davis has his Tar Football Team on the upswing. Mike saw UNC control an athletic Miami Hurricane team and expects the UCONN Huskies to be just out manned.

Prediction - Oregon 13, USC 35 The Ducks don't have a QB and are going up against what should be an angry USC.
Mike sees this getting ugly fast. The Trojans shoot the Ducks down.

Prediction - Air Force 28, Navy 17 Navy is coming off their first win over a ranked team in 23 years with upset of Wake Forest 24-17. Mike sees them still able to run the ball but that's about it. Air Force is battle tested in tough Mountain West Conference and will take home a nice win.
